Optimum flow is assured when using our spouts with Wavian cans. Special breathing channel provides steady, glug-free, pouring. Each spout has an internal filter to protect charging tank from dirt and foreign bodies. Our new Smart Spout incorporates a special dry break system that may be legally required in some areas of the world.

Suitable for 5L, 10L and 20L Wavian Jerry Cans. All spouts (except the smart spout) come supplied with an attachable clip for mounting the spout onto 10L and 20L Cans when not in use (for 5 litre cans, you will need a 5 litre fuel can spout clip). Available in a variety of colours, to suit your needs.

Our cans are rinsed out with a cleaning fluid after they are manufactured which does have a fuel-like scent to it. We can confirm that this is normal and does no harm to the can or the fuel that is then put inside.

No. The coloured steel cans are lined with a rezinol lining inside and are suitable for fuel only, not water.

    Labels – If you order labels through the website you will be charged our minimum delivery amount. If you are only ordering safety labels call our office on 01508 493 647 and we will be able to save you money on postage. 

    Spouts – When selecting a flexible or rigid spout with either a Red, Yellow or Khaki Fuel Can you will receive a spout of the same colour. For all other colour fuel cans you will receive a black spout (rigid or flex depending on selection). To order different amounts of fuel can spouts to Jerry Cans please order separately. 

    Spouts Labels
    Please be aware that the leak-proof Bayonet mechanism on our Steel Fuel Cans has been engineered to fastened tightly around the neck of the can and therefore may initially require heavy handling to release the cap. After the first few uses, the mechanism will ease as the air vacuum created inside the can escapes. If you are concerned about operating the Bayonet can then we recommend opting for our quality Screw Top Wavian Can. If you have already purchased a Bayonet can and require further support please get in touch.
