The plastic clip that holds the spout was a bit fiddly to put on the can, and it could probably be a little tighter when you insert the spout. When I first filled it up I waved the can at the guy in the petrol station and the spout fell out of the holder!

Arrived today 10/4/25, well packed. It pours very well and seals well, once in place. However, it would not fit on 3 of the cans I tried it on (a range of ex MOD cans) partly because the supplied seal was too thick and needed replacing with a thinner one, but also the bayonets that pull the spout down onto the can did not align with any of my cans, being too wide and deep. I had to angle grind one shorter and slimmer, then tap them both inwards with a mallet. The spout is well built, but just not a good fit.

Had an issue that I ordered it and then it was out of stock, I was contacted from one of the team members about this and the option I had available. I opted to wait until the item was back in stock which I was told it could be 3 weeks or more depending on delay. It was here within a week.

Pouring is a slow process but fits really snug and if you dont try to pour too fast there’s no leaks at all because it tends to come out of the breather on top but other than that. Spot on fairplay.

Hi Ivan, did you work out how the clips fitted? There are two small holes in the top of the can. the clip is attached by the two screws through these holes. Strong, high-quality spout: makes the Jerry can easy pour. It took a bit of time to figure out how to attach the mounting clip to the Jerry can (instructions would have been useful). But once you know how the spout clips on to the Jerry can neatly.
