Our cans are rinsed out with a cleaning fluid after they are manufactured which does have a fuel-like scent to it. We can confirm that this is normal and does no harm to the can or the fuel that is then put inside.

No. The coloured steel cans are lined with a rezinol lining inside and are suitable for fuel only, not water.

Our Wavian branded cans are top quality fuel cans. They are made to the highest standards to last a lifetime. The Site Cans are a more affordable solution to storing fuel & we wanted to give our customers the option of having a lower-price choice of steel can. The Wavian quality may not be matched, but they are a decent can for fuel storage.

    A lightweight metal fuel can which comes complete with a pouring spout. The unusual shape of the Rhino fuel cans makes them less likely to tip over, making them ideal for transport.

      I never thought I would be excited about a fuel can but how wrong I was! It’s exactly what I was looking for. Built well enough to be the last one I buy, looks impossible to tip over in the car boot and the quality feel of the cap as you screw it on and off is a genuine delight. This is heirloom quality! I have no idea how they can make these for the price. Only downside would be the cheap looking sticker that looks hard work to remove. I rinsed mine with some white spirit before the first fill as it smelt oily from production. Can not recommend highly enough though, no more cheap plastic leaky rubbish rolling and sliding about in the boot for me! I’m very glad I found you.
